Chapter One — The Returns Are Already Showing

Read where the book starts. Then decide for yourself whether the rest of it is for you.

Every life produces returns. Not every life or leader chooses the inputs.

That line is the whole argument of the book.

Your life is already producing returns. The marriage. The kids. The team that either tells you the truth or waits for you to leave the room. Something is producing all of it. The only question worth asking is whether you picked what went in.

Three inputs did most of the work in mine. Initiative. Respect. Responsibility.

Chapter 1 is where that starts. I am giving it away because I would rather you read it than take my word for it.

Where should I send it?

One email with the chapter in it. After that I write when I have something worth your time, and you can leave any time you want.

Who this was written for

If you are a spouse, parent, leader, entrepreneur, coach, or simply someone who wants to live a stronger, better, more trustworthy life — this book was written for you. It does not require a perfect past. It only requires that you be willing to be honest about what is actually happening in the rooms that matter most.

Who wrote it

I am Allen Gibson. Kansas City. Married to Beth. Dad to Grant and Claire.

I have lived and worked in the UK and the UAE and traveled 37 countries, and the same three inputs held in every one of them. They are not a personality type and they are not a season of life. They are what you put in.
